Hotel Conneaut Room Rates are $80 to $300 per night plus 6% sales tax, 3% Hotel Excise Tax & 5% CLP debt reduction fee

• $80 – Air Conditioned Non lake View: Remodeled smaller room includes AC, TV, double bed and shower.
• $75 - Non Lake View: Includes a bathtub and choice of a double and single bed or two single beds.
• $95 – Air Conditioned Non Lake View: Includes AC and choice of a double and single bed or two single beds.
Choice of a shower/ tub or shower only. TVs available in some rooms.
• $115 – Air Conditioned Non Lake View: Remodeled room includes AC and choice of a double and single bed or two single beds. Choice of a shower/ tub, shower only or tub only. TVs available in some rooms.
• $90 - Partial Lake View: Includes choice of a double bed, double and single bed or two single beds.

• $110 – Air Conditioned Partial Lake View: Includes AC and choice of a double and single bed or two single beds.

• $150 - Park Side Lake Front: Remodeled room includes AC, TV, double and single bed or king bed.

• $150 - Boardwalk Lake Front: Includes AC, TV, double bed and a shower.
• $150 - Family Room: Larger room includes AC, TV, 3 single and 1 double bed and 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.
• $250 – Circular Family Room: Remodeled larger room includes AC, TV, 4 single and 1 double bed and bathroom with a separate shower and tub.
• $200 – First Floor 1 Bedroom Suite: Remodeled larger non lake view room includes AC, TV, private bedroom with double bed and bathroom and living area with pull-out couch, 2nd bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. Both bathrooms include a shower/ tub.
• $250 – Two Bedroom Suite: Remodeled ground level suite includes AC, TV, 2 private bedrooms each with 1 double bed, Kitchenette, bathroom with shower/ tub and sitting area.
• $300 – Bridal Suite: Remodeled larger circular room includes AC, TV, King Bed, Jacuzzi Tub, wet bar and refrigerator and bathroom with a separate shower and tub.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellations made 2 weeks or less prior to date of stay: No Refund.
No refunds for early departures.

Check in time: 3:00 PM
Check out time: 11:00 AM
Miscellaneous
Room deposit is 50% of the pre tax total room charge.
There is a $50 key charge for lost keys.
Cash payments require a key deposit of $50.00 which will be refunded upon key return at checkout.
A photo ID is required for guests paying with cash.
Holiday and event weekends may require a two night minimum stay.
Hotel Conneaut is a non-smoking building. Smoking or burning of candles or similar by any room guests is not permitted. A $200 fee will be imposed for violations.
All guest rooms include a private bath.
Bathrooms include a tub/ shower, shower only or tub only.
Bedrooms include a double bed, double and single bed or two single beds.
Bathroom and bedroom bedding options are available on a first come first serve basis.
If you have a preference, please mention it when making a reservation.
The Hotel is being renovated to return its original character and charm. This is an ongoing process that will last several years. We appreciate your patience and invite you to enjoy the Hotel as we bring it back to its glory days and to the condition that it deserves to be in. To date, we have already restored the Crystal Ballroom, Elizabeth’s Dining and the Spirit Lounge and invite you to take a peak at the work being performed. We have rebuilt two ground level suites and have also started to remodel some of our guest rooms. Expect to see ongoing improvements in guest room baths and bedrooms as we continue our quest to restore our beloved Hotel back to a condition better than new.
